New to GOTHEM - One game to rule them all!  No more OCS/ECS/AGA mixup - just play on any Amiga or emulator!  Have fun!  This month, Sneech!  No idea what this is but came up in a random Amiga search.  Enjoy!

Game of the Month for October 2024: Sneech

Sneech, in the simplest terms is the game Snake mixed with Tron (the light cycles part ), but taken to new levels. Powerups, enemies, etc. It's great! This is one of the better known Paul Burkey games. Unlike other AMOS games, this one is actually playable and addictive!

Information:
  • Amiga Hardware: OCS
  • Relase Year: 1994
  • Disks: 3
  • WHDLoad: Yes
  • Players: 1 to 6, Simultaneous
  • Publisher: Paul Burkey
  • Developer: Daisy Software

Please refer to the 'Game of the Month Rules and Participation' post for information on how to participate!  Good Luck!

* To qualify: play on any real Amiga or equivalent emulator. Use default 4 cpu players ( mr. Grey, pink, green, white), leave everything else default.  Play one round and then get your screenshot of the pts column. As per the GOTHEM rules, please confirm the machine/emulator you used, your score, screenshot/photo with score shown.  If the game does not keep score, please let us know where you got up to (without spoilers) with a brief review of your time with the game.  Also state any additional qualification rules stated above, such as playing on a certain mode with certain rules, just so we have a better feeling that you are playing fairly!

I'll keep trying,  but in the effort to see how the game plays and to update the rules,  here is my score of 110.
Played with default 4 players and all defaults on my Amiga 1200.

Well I gave this game several good tries over the last month.

I left everything on default, other than changing Player 1 name to my own.

Either my wireless joypad has a bit of lag or my reflexes are shot, the latter being the most likely  :D

I'm completely awful  :-[

I think I got 747 points, that's for the whole 7 levels.

Tough game IMHO!

Played on my A1200 PiStorm32, no keys, passwords or cheats were used.
A1200 PiStorm32, AA3000+, CD32 TF1230, A600 Furia, A500 PiStorm, A2000 GVP 030 and A3000 3660.

Happy November!  Fantastic work joey!  Looks like I lost interest or was too frustrated during stage 2!

Winner: joey with 747
2nd: NinjaKat with 110

Will try to get a new game up for November today.
