OCS/ECS Game of the Month for April 2021, is Dune!
Dune is a 1992 adventure strategy video game, based upon Frank Herbert's science fiction novel of the same name. It was developed by Cryo Interactive and published by Virgin Games. Dune blends adventure with economic and military strategy. Loosely following the story of the novel, the game casts the player as Paul Atreides, with the ultimate goal of driving the Harkonnen from Planet Dune, while managing spice extraction, military, and later, ecology through the native Fremen tribes. As the player progresses, his troops are equipped with weapons from "crysknives" to atomics, tap into Paul's latent psychic powers and get acquainted with such characters from the book as Chani and Liet-Kynes.

Loved this one and the later ones! This weekend is the go I hope!

Gave it a bash, better late than never... Its a true review but it how I went so far!
Duneā¦
Where it all began!
The turn based animation is great - when you consider its age, its brilliant!
I took an ornithopter to the North and was dead before I knew it! Damn Harkonnen! Should have gone South East!
Next time went better!
Got the Fremen mining away and visited the outer areas!
Returned to the Palace
Then went Stillsuit hunting!
It a lot of fun - if a bit time consuming - but great to have a go at this sort of game after so long!!
I made pretty good progress if not a little late to play it this month! I have saved and will continue!
